Eagle Lake, Minnesota · 10 min to Mankato

Your own private 20-acre basecamp

A heated barn lodge with a great room, sport court and fireplace, on prairie, woods and a fishing creek. One group at a time, year-round.

The property

One big, open building

7,500 square feet under one roof. The great room and the sport court share an open floor plan. Herringbone floors mark the living side, and acid-stained concrete marks the court.

Live

The great room

The gathering spot. A full kitchen with a bar to pull up to, a big table for group meals, an 85" OLED for the game or a presentation, and Sonos sound with a QSC sub. In-floor heat keeps it warm all winter.

Play

Sport court & lounge

Pickleball and basketball on the court, a 16-foot shuffleboard table along the side, and a lounge by the wood-burning fireplace when you're done. Heated and air-conditioned, so it works in January and July.

Outside

20 acres, all yours

Mowed trails through prairie and woods, deer and turkeys everywhere, and a creek with northern, walleye and bass. Grill on the covered front porch and end the night at the fire pit. Eagle Lake's restaurants and bars are half a mile away.
